Anna Hrindová, PhD, studied at a conservatory, followed by musicology and aesthetics at Charles University, music pedagogy and psychology at HAMU, and arts management at Goethe University Frankfurt. She worked for many years as an impresario for predominantly „classical“ music performers worldwide while also conducting research into arts education initiatives (PhD, Comenius University, Bratislava). Her cultural projects have established partnerships across Europe. She creates innovative concepts that connect arts, culture and education with a strong societal dimension.
Performer, director, dramaturg, multi-instrumentalist, composer, translator and lecturer.
Markéta Zabelová, MgA. studied directing and dramaturgy at DAMU and authorial creation and psychosomatics at the same institution. She also spent two years studying composition at HAMU. She works on long term with children and young people, both artistically and educationally. She is trained as a healthcare puppeteer and is currently undertaking trauma-informed, body-based therapeutic training. Awakening curiosity and a sense of interconnectedness of the world in young people is her core motivation.
Visual artist, scenographer, performer, illustrator and lecturer.
Iva Ščerbáková, MgA., graduated from the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU. Her work connects puppet theatre, scenography, installation and performance, often using objects, textures and experimental materials. She collaborates with theatre ensembles and interdisciplinary art projects and also works in graphic design, illustration and author’s books. As a lecturer, she leads creative workshops for children and adults, fostering imagination and sensitivity. She understands art as a space for encounter and attentive observation, giving voice to things that cannot speak for themselves.

Jan Jiterský, Mgr, is a leading figure in Czech education—a teacher, school principal and curriculum expert committed to high-quality learning. He co-founded the highly regarded Bodláka a Pampelišky Primary School in Veliš, where he served as principal for many years, shaping a school culture based on a thoughtfully designed curriculum, respect for children and strong community engagement.
From 2021 to 2025, he worked at the Ministry of Education as Head of the Curriculum Department and chaired the Expert Panel for the revision of the national elementary education curriculum (RVP ZV). His work combines deep knowledge of school practice with a cultivated approach to education policy-making. His professional motto is: “Education should be something everyone involved enjoys—not merely survives.”
